I was born and raised in upstate New York. I currently live in Florida with my husband and two daughters. I'm an elementary teacher who has always had a love for writing- many times just jotting down rhymes that pertained to something going on in my personal or work life. The  COVID-19 pandemic made me realize that you only live once and that maybe my thoughts could bring teachable moments to life for others.
